Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how KaizenCoders (“KaizenCoders”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you visit kaizencoders.com (the “Website”) or use our WordPress plugins and related services (together, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide to us
- Contact requests: when you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, selected product/reason, and the contents of your message.
- Newsletter: if you subscribe, we collect your name and email address.
- Purchases: when you buy a PRO plugin or license, billing details (such as name, email, and payment information) are collected and processed by our payment and licensing provider. We do not store full payment-card details on our servers.
Information collected automatically
- Usage & device data: IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and pages viewed, gathered through server logs and analytics tools.
- Cookies: small files used to operate the site, remember preferences, and measure usage (see “Cookies & analytics” below).
Information from our plugins
Our plugins run inside your own WordPress site. Data they process (for example, links, activity logs, or search-and-replace operations) is stored in your WordPress database and is not transmitted to us, unless you explicitly opt in to diagnostics or telemetry. To validate a PRO license, our licensing service exchanges limited information (such as your site URL and license key) with our licensing provider.
2. How we use your information
- Provide, maintain, and support our Services;
- Respond to your inquiries and support requests;
- Process purchases, deliver licenses, and manage renewals;
- Send product updates, tips, and newsletters where you have consented (you can unsubscribe at any time);
- Understand and improve how our Website and plugins are used;
- Detect, prevent, and address security issues, fraud, or abuse;
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and third-party analytics (including Google Analytics) to understand traffic and usage so we can improve the Services. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work correctly without them.
4. Third-party service providers
We share information only with trusted providers that help us operate our Services, and only as needed to perform their functions. These may include:
- Analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) — website usage measurement;
- Payments & licensing — processing PRO purchases, subscriptions, and license validation;
- Newsletter & email delivery — storing subscriber details and delivering email;
- Hosting — serving the Website.
Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and applicable data-processing terms.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We disclose information only: (a) to the service providers described above; (b) when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public; or (c) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your personal information.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or delete your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. Residents of the EU/EEA and UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA/CPRA) have specific rights, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@kaizencoders.com.
8. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International data transfers
We and our service providers may process your information in countries other than your own. Where required, we take steps to ensure your information receives an adequate level of protection.
10. Children’s privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
11. Third-party links
Our Website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites; please review their policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above, and where appropriate we will provide additional notice.
