Information you provide to us

  • Contact requests: when you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, selected product/reason, and the contents of your message.
  • Newsletter: if you subscribe, we collect your name and email address.
  • Purchases: when you buy a PRO plugin or license, billing details (such as name, email, and payment information) are collected and processed by our payment and licensing provider. We do not store full payment-card details on our servers.

Information from our plugins

Our plugins run inside your own WordPress site. Data they process (for example, links, activity logs, or search-and-replace operations) is stored in your WordPress database and is not transmitted to us, unless you explicitly opt in to diagnostics or telemetry. To validate a PRO license, our licensing service exchanges limited information (such as your site URL and license key) with our licensing provider.
